Finally picked up my fig tree this morning. It's about 4 feet tall and I don't really want it to get much taller so I'm hoping all of the little knobs I see running down the trunk will start sprouting branches and grow out.

It is a very nice looking Tree! It looks like a Violette de Bordeaux Variety if the tag is an accurate representation of the fruit. Good looking Choice!

I’m in the process of buying a house in North Carolina with four fig trees. I have been told I can harvest them and have yet to research how to handle that and what to make of them. Never had figs before.
