I believe I read in here that taking K2 will keep high doses of D3 from putting too much calcium in your blood. I eat a good diet with K2 in my food so I only take it 2-3 times a week.
I always make sure there is Vit K2 with the Vit D3. If there isn't then I buy a separate bottle. Also I learned to take D3 with oil for better absorbing. My choice is peanut butter, bacon or coconut oil.
