What a crap load. First the vaccine ain’t effective. The study by Nature Immunology in Jan. 2021 showed that The existing vaccines are worthless for building durable immunity since the data is that the nucleocapsid section, which the vaccines do not code, is where most of the pre-existing resistance against serious disease resides.
And it has been admitted that it does not prevent infection or transmission. Also, that it is pretty much worthless against the new variants.
And in fact, it is the vaccinated who pose a significant risk to their vulnerable patients. Because they can still get the virus, but due to lessened symptoms not know they have it, and spread it all around the sick people in the hospital.
Sorry to say that the Hospital leaders are making statements and decisions that are contrary to true science. SMH.
I received a card in my mail. My hospital is offering me a $7,500 bonus if I can refer an RN to apply and agree to 16 hours of work a week. The offer is good until 31 December.
I have a ton of Nurse friends and my hospital I am told it is among the highest paid in our nation. All they have to do is put my name on their application form, and once they get hired I get free money.
Of course many of my friends already work there and those who do not, would likely not take the stick anyhow which is surely required.
Imagine though, how desperate they are getting. I just wonder about where this money is coming from. Truth is, I love my hospital, but for more than 20 months it has become nightmarish.
