There are a ton of lawyers in both the House and the Senate.
If I have a legal problem, what am I advised to do ? ..... that's right, get a lawyer.
So I go and get a lawyer and he thinks I have an open and shut case complete with testimony, witnesses, and documentation and he says, "I'll be in touch"
So a few days later he say's "We're goin' to court"
THAT'S what's been happening like ... forever in America.
NOW, why are no felonious politicians in orange ?
If a Democrat politician gets out of line with DNC (like James Traficant) only then are they sent to jail.
Because law enforcement has been politically weaponized?
Your scenario is more like a law suit. Crime is different and usually initiated by a LEO investigating, charging, arresting or sometimes by a DA and grand jury.
In either case, law enforcement is what’s lacking.
Lady justice is peeking.
They’re not because we are not a nation of laws after all......only for some.....others walk.
Because judges don’t know what “felonious” means ...
America is now a two tier system.
Politicians and Rapists and Traitors RULE
without any Law. The DO”J” and FIB give
them the very tape they need to rape children
and then protect the video tapes of the rapes
and murders.
On the lower tier are the stupid citizens who
await Justice — and receive MURDEROUS VAXES.
The only thing government protects is itself.
Politicians are the government..................
For the same reason that felonious generals are not in jail.
Good question.
Because they write the laws and insert immunity for themselves into the laws.
Two examples:
1. Insider Trading. It’s one of several ways many politicians are elected with no financial wealth and then retire as millionaires.
2. Obamacare. Congress is excluded from it. They get to keep their taxpayer-funded Cadillac health insurance until they die.
Throughout history, there have been multiple tiers of justice.
Royalty, Nobility, Clergy, and their Men-at-Arms are not subject to the same laws as the Peasants.
You can’t sue the King.
Because you still want to believe, as George W. Bush once lied so eloquently, “we are nation of citizens not serfs.”. That hasn’t been true in probably a hundred years, if it ever really was true at all.
Years ago I observed that the reason Club Fed was so nice is that lawmakers realized that they or people they actually know might end up there.
Now Club Fed is supposedly less posh even as fewer politicians, and almost no powerful Democrats, ever see jail.
Do you believe in coincidences?
Simple. We are the RULED and they are the RULERS. Not any more complicated than that.
Better question: why aren’t they dead?
…Because jails are run by lesser politicians and appointees of corrupt politicians.
So are the courts and heads of law-enforcement ~cough, cough~…
The law is not applied equally across our society.
Examples: Congress is exempt from many of the laws that apply to you and me; military law differs from civilian law; ambassadors and other foreign diplomats are mostly exempt from U.S. laws....
