FBI agents returned to the Florida home of Brian Laundrie’s parents Thursday to collect “personal items” that will help in a massive manhunt for the 23-year-old fugitive.
“The FBI is at the Laundrie home today to collect some personal items belong to Brian that will assist the canines in their search for Brian,” family attorney Steven Bertolino told The Post. “There is nothing more to this.”
The feds’ visit marks at least the fourth time the FBI has been at the North Port house since Laundrie, sought for questioning in the disappearance and death of his girlfriend, Long Island native Gabby Petito, fled Sept. 14.

They are very nervous that Dog will find the guy before they do.
That’s what I’ve understood. The dogs needed fresh, uncontaminated scent.
How do you know they haven’t? Do you think they’re telling the public everything that they know or are doing?
That would be pretty stupid.
I’ll bet.

This is the first time we have seen FBI look inside the white camper. Interesting they finally got around to it after the Ft. DeSoto campground lead led to them getting the campground video two days ago.
Why do you think you ‘see’ everything the FBI is doing?
They had already investigated the camper.
They may have gone in today because they were looking for new scent material for the dogs, and the parents told them of something in there.
The FBI, huh? Queue the Looney Tunes theme …
/bingo
LOL
The FBI employs about 35K people.
Do you really think that all of those people are rotten and stupid?
No, just those in a position of authority who have been bought off
Exactly, and i hope he does
Well, this thread isn’t exactly about the big guys in ‘authority’.
It’s about the grunts on the ground who are doing their best to find an answer to the death of a girl.
Depending on evidence available at the time, the first search warrant may have been very limited in scope, i.e., electronic communications devices. New evidence/probable cause may have allowed for an expanded scope in a subsequent warrant.
Well, I don’t know what they’re doing - I don’t know enough about this stuff.
But the girl’s family has said that they are 100% confident in the work of the FBI.
I think their opinion is the one that matters - and they certainly know a lot more than anyone here does.
What date did the FBI originally investigate the camper? What is your source reference?
The media, with many camera angles, have been camped outside the Laundrie home non-stop for weeks. The media have had cameras trained on the Laundrie property since before the FBI was involved. The camper has not moved since the FBI became involved in the case.
On what date were the ‘media’ first ‘camped-out’?
Your non-answer is precisely what I expected. You proclaimed that the camper was previously searched by the FBI. You don’t know squat. That is all.
Doesn't matter much if they're stupid. Point is the rank and file agents are being led around by the noses by their corrupt bosses, and it goes all the way to the top in that agency. They do what they're told.
Well, if they hadn’t searched it before - which I doubt - they certainly didn’t do much ‘searching’ yesterday. It looks like they just stepped in, grabbed something, and left.
