Greenyer: Nickel-hydrogen heat generator continuously working for 7 months

A.G. Parkhomov 1 , V.A. Zhigalov 1 , S.N. Zabavin 1 , A.G. Sobolev 2 , T.R. Timerbulatov 1 1 OKL KIT, Moscow, alexparh@mail.ru 2 Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow

A nickel-hydrogen heat generator was created that continuously worked for 225 days with a heat dissipation power exceeding the consumed electricity from 200 to 1000 W (thermal coefficient 1.6 - 3.6). Completion of the work is connected with the exhaustion of fuel energy resource. Total excess energy generation of about 4100 MJ.

The fuel used in the heat generator is hydrogen-saturated nickel powder weighing 1.2 g. Energy release per 1 nickel atom 2.1 MeV. Changes in the elemental and isotopic composition of fuel and structural materials are analysed.

Greenyer: LENR as Appearance of Weak Interactions

A.G. Parkhomov 1 1 OKL KIT, Moscow, alexparh@mail.ru

Low mass of neutrinos (antineutrinos) makes possible their intensive generation as a result of matter particles collisions during thermal motion. Arising neutrinos (antineutrinos) have energy of about 0.1 eV. With such energy, de Broglie length is about 5 microns.

It means that a huge number of atoms are involved in weak nuclear interactions, which makes the effects of nuclear transformations with the participation of neutrinos (antineutrinos) really observable.

Consideration of thermal generation of neutrinos as the basis of nuclear transformations in the LENR process allows us to explain a number of features of this phenomenon.

Greenyer: Leveraging observations of patterns in transmutation data from multiple experiments and nature to drive the development of a predictive tool

R. W. Greenyer 1 , P. W. Power 2 1 Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project, m.fleischmann.memorial@gmail.com 2 Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project, pwpowernz@gmail.com

Patterns of the crustal abundance of elements and an understanding of radioactive decay processes are combined with key historical observations of CMNS researchers and the contemporary analysis of a range of similar processes. Simple logic derived from this aggregated data is used to develop an on-line predictive tool for researchers which has good accuracy at predicting outcomes.

The evidence-led motivation behind the development of further tools, which have been integrated to allow researchers to explore their data and make informed decisions on possible fruitful future research avenues, is also presented.

I’m not sure of the history, but I think Parkhamov was the guy who replicated Rossi’s effect just by reading what Rossi wrote. Since Rossi isn’t really a scientist submitting his findings for peer review but more of a tinkerer trying to become a trillionaire, that is a bit like learning magic from watching a magician.

When I was little I used to make aluminum and sodium hydroxide hydrogen/heat generators.

It cost very little money, and it worked very well for filling up balloons which you could then light on fire and study the hindenburg effect.

How long did the heat last? Sounds like sumthin I might like to play around with on camping trips.

Nothing wrong with tinkerers.

The Wright brothers were tinkerers.

Edison was a tinkerer.

Yoshiro Nakamatsu is a tinkerer with a Phd................

Over 1.1 MWh from 1.2 grams of fuel would be amazing if it can be significantly scaled up.

There are always problems scaling up these reactions. I think the best approach is to keep the scale where it is, sell it as a battery charger or small heat generator until someone understands the process enough to really make a big kaboom.

Sigh.   I sit here and realize that I have no concept of how much energy there is in a megajoule.   I have more knowledge than most, with forty years in telecommunications electronics before retirement.   And then another sigh.

Well, Rossi is a tinkerer with a cloudy past, so his tinkering sounds a lot like fraud. He came up with his own phrase to judge him by: In Mercato Veritas. Since there’s nothing In Mercato, there is no Veritas.

I hope he becomes the trillionaire he wants to be. You can follow much of his progress on his own web page or at EcatWorld

Total excess energy generation of about 4100 MJ.

Seems like quite a lot.

The megajoule (MJ) is equal to one million (106) joules, or approximately the kinetic energy of a one megagram (tonne) vehicle moving at 161 km/h (100 mph).
Unit system: SI derived unit
Kilowatt-hours: ≈2.78×10−7 kW⋅h
CGS units: 1×107 erg
SI base units: kg⋅m2⋅s−2

Without even knowing what a MegaJoule is... when you look at it as ‘how many megajoules produced for how many dollars of public money invested’, Cold Fusion becomes 25 ORDERS of MAGNITUDE bigger bang for the buck than Controlled Hot Fusion.

Sigh. I sit here and realize that I have no concept of how much energy there is in a megajoule. I have more knowledge than most, with forty years in telecommunications electronics before retirement. And then another sigh.

One Joule is equivalent to one 3600th of a watt-hour.

So 3600 Joules is 1 watt-hour.

One Megajoule would be 278 watt-hours, or enough to light a 60 watt lightbulb for 4.6 hours.
