The mission of the Department of Health (DOH) is to protect and improve the health of people in Washington. The division of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) ensures the agency and its local health, tribal, and medical partners are better prepared to respond to and recover from public health emergencies, major disasters, and terrorist activities that affect the health of the people of Washington State.
The Isolation and Quarantine (I&Q) Section works to decompress hospitals by supporting local and state isolation and quarantine, Alternate Care Facility (ACF), and patient transport (EMS) by partnering with local governments (Tribes, Counties, Cities) and communities, state agencies, and other entities in the event of an emergency.
People who test positive for COVID-19 or who are exposed to someone who tests positive are asked to isolate or quarantine (I & Q) away from other people for 10 to 14 days in order to reduce risk of transmitting the virus to others. Most people are able to isolate or quarantine in their own homes. In Washington State, providing for I & Q is the responsibility of local jurisdictions.
The state Isolation and Quarantine facility was created for individuals who are not Washington residents but are traveling in our state and test positive for COVID-19 or who have been exposed to someone who tests positive and do not have a residence or other location in which to spend their 10-14 day isolation or quarantine period.
Our state facility operates from within a motel in Lewis County. Our team provide a number of different services for our guests. Team members provide transportation to and from the facility in vans that have been altered to separate air flow to protect the driver. There is a nurse on staff who checks guest vitals multiple times per day to ensure that guests whose condition worsens get timely transport to a medical facility for care. Another team member will accompany the nurse on their rounds and take notes for the nurse

So this means if you are traveling through the state and stop to eat and while you are there a wu-flu case is reported to the authorities, they grab you and hold you in one of these camps for 14 days?
I suggest that ll truck drivers, tourists, railroad engineers and all other would be visitors avoid the state until January.

This is reflective of Ellis Island generations ago. And while this was a good practice to address the immigrants who were carrying diseases, that policy has since been abandoned years ago. There are no longer any safe guards in place to quarantine the multitudes of freeloaders crossing into this country.

Concentration camps are often inaccurately compared to a prison in modern society. But concentration camps, unlike prisons, were independent of any judicial review. Nazi concentration camps served three main purposes:
1. To incarcerate people whom the Nazi regime perceived to be a security threat. These people were incarcerated for indefinite amounts of time.
2. To eliminate individuals and small, targeted groups of individuals by murder, away from the public and judicial review.
3. To exploit forced labor of the prisoner population. This purpose grew out of a labor shortage

Bonus question #2: How does above statement apply to the camp for visitors required to complete a 10 to 14-day isolation.
There is already a camp built outside of Olympia. The Nisqually Quarantine Camp.
Yes, it’s detention facilities. But do you see how nice it is? In Canada, they forced you to stay in a hotel and made you pay for it in advance and you were unable to contact anyone or order food.

My guess is that the “camp” (which is in a motel) is for the bums that test positive in the many “homeless” drug addict camps throughout King and Pierce counties, and to a lesser extent throughout western Washington.
They’re already putting up bums in motels, but they’re free to come and go and sell/use drugs as they please. If they’re in quarantine, they’ll have quarantine guards at the door.
Then again, I wouldn’t put it past Insley to start summary executions of the unvaxxed any time now.
