The number of vaccinated infections is massive.
However, hospitalization and death are substantially lower.
At one point, vaccinated COVID deaths were above 50%.
The vaccinated fatality numbers have continued to drop and were 29% the last time I dug my way through the partially translated Hebrew.

You’ve got FReepers who have posted on this thread that pushed for masks and lockdowns on the COVID-19 threads in the early to mid-2020. They are against vaccinations.
No, and that's a good point. The Kaiser study omits 'death' as an adverse reaction, which is a bit counterintuitive considering the objective.
At least one doctor commented to JAMA about that, and requested a supplemental report be prepared focused on deaths that occur among the study group. We'll see if that happens going forward.

What I meant is that every day that passes without an uptick in adverse reactions amongst the Kaiser study group is another stone added to the pile of evidence the mRNA vaccines are safe. The VAERS self reporting system is flawed, and while it serves a useful reporting function the Kaiser study is a much more robust and verifiable source of adverse reaction data.
I think that much more data is needed to confidently and credibly make these determinations
