Slight vaxx slide - we got the “official” notice in an email at work yesterday, which I immediately forwarded to my personal email so that I can share it with legal-minded people.
It’s pretty much a done deal - must be fully vaccinated by November 22. Fully vaccinated means having had a dose of J&J by November 8, or having the first dose of either of the other 2 poisons in October to allow the full time allotment for the poison to take effect.
So one way or another, I’m going to retire. Fortunately, it’ll be after the end of the fiscal year on September 30, so I will be eligible for the full performance bonus, which is substantial.
Looking forward to being in a much less oppressive tax bracket and going Galt. Gault even! :)
I’m going to have a little “off the record” discussion with my manager Monday, only because he’s been a great manager and I owe him a heads-up. I’m not the only one either.
At this point, I don’t think my employer is going to require the vaxx.
Consistent testing may be on the table, tho.

The race is between the truth about therapeutics vs the DS evil vaxx. Meyer, I’ve been following your situation closely from lurkdom. I’m in the same boat, though we haven’t seen specifics other than the 22nd date.
This is coercion. The federal government has broken faith with We the People.
Told my director that this time to take a stand. Fortunately, I also can retire, not optimally when I would have, but things will work out. Like you, there are others in my organization who will do the same.
