If there was ever a time for a company union it's now.
Decades ago at worst unions were needed with few deaths over poor working conditions.

I think I saw (I’ll have to look it up later) that the State of Ohio had to up its incentive pay to state employees to get that vax from what it was, which I think was like $150, to a grand.
The AG’s office in Ohio, which is not a cabinet-level department and can set its own policies for employees, clarified for employees (I have a friend there) that they are not eligible for the bigger bonus.
Of course the AG is one of 24 suing Biden over his mandate, so.....
