I bought some Costco “super b” vitamin complex....it has everything....some of the supplements are a 1000xwhat is required....so I am not taking it everyday and infact, I am cutting the tablets in half....
I’ll look at that. I check out what I read here. Any kind of med, supplement or prescription, has a harsher effect on me than it does most people. I’m very cautious and do a lot of research before I take anything and if possible I take less than recommended. I normally do well with the kid’s doses.
About the Niacin, when I do a search about how much Nicotonic Acid can be safely taken in a day, everything says the upper limit for adults is 35mg a day. It’s been explained over and over to me in here about how 500mg is safe but I don’t find any verification of that unless you are taking it under a doctor’s care. There is a HUGE difference between the recommended 35mg a day and 500mg or more. I might be dense but I’m also cautious. I thought the IVM was safe also. Fool me once because I trusted is one thing but fool me twice and I deserve whatever I get.
