Here is the part of the transcript from Trump’s Georgia speech that we had been discussing:
We made a great and now we’ve got to make a great again. That begins with an earth-shattering win in November 2022. And by the way, we never forget 2020, just in case you have any questions. We’re not forgetting 2020. The most corrupt election in the history of our country. Most corrupt election in the history of most countries, to be followed by an even more glorious victory in November of 2024. We’re going to have a big, big, beautiful group then.
Toward the end of the speech President Trump turned around and looked in the general direction of that lady behind him wearing a red outfit and made a quick air Q. Should try to figure out what he was saying at the time.

I don’t read anything into this about Trump insinuating he will not be back until 2024.
To me, he just seems to be saying action will be taken to clean up the election process and the next presidential election will be run the way an election should be run— on the up and up.
Really, I don’t read anything into this statement at all about Trump even insinuating that he will be the one to run and win in 2024. One could just as easily read into it that he means the election in 2024 will result in a clear victory, via a fair election, for a solid MAGA candidate, no matter who that is, whether it’s him or a protegy.
So, for all we know, Trump has it in mind he will get back in office before 2024 and either he or someone he is happy with will win in 2024.
Bottom line: I just see Trump saying in this statement that the next presidential election will go be run right and the American people will make the obviously right choice between the candidates with enough spread between them that the winner will have a strong mandate.
Gosh, I just dunno. It almost seems like he’s left something out, between “We never forget 2020” and “an even more glorious victory in November of 2024”. As in, what’s going to be DONE about 2020?
CTC’s theory about the military made a lot of sense, and the way I read it, it didn’t really conflict with the additional input from LJ. Would love to hear any additional thoughts you yourself may have also.
