Now mine didn’t do that! I took app. 166mg of Niacin, not 500. I know virtually nothing about this but if it effected you that way you might want to back it down and work your way up slowly. That is even recommended by doctors when prescribed Niacin for the first time. I think your body has to adjust. That’s why I divided my 500mg capsule into three parts. I probably should have divided it into four parts. I’m glad your experience worked out OK though.
They just need to be charged and arrested for their crimes.

The flow chart recommends starting with 300 mg niacin and 20 mg melatonin -- and also to take the melatonin 30 minutes before the niacin. Also, "Best with food", which seems to conflict with Dr. Kats's advice to take it with water only.
Next time I'll stick with 500 mg niacin, but jack up the melatonin to 20 mg. Has anyone had experience with taking additional melatonin in case you have breakthrough flush?

It was Dr. Kats. The article was on the page you linked, with his name and smiling face next to in, in a string of articles he’d written all with his name and face beside them.

I had asked that coaching on the issue be sent to PM or a separate thread. However, you refuted someone on this thread inquiring about aspirin as if it were ‘statement-of-fact’ inferior to niatonin, and then coached about niatonin.
So I do respond on this thread when NIATONIN is coached on this thread. I request that it remain on a separate thread or PM.
We are all unique! akes great sense! Also answers the question why some are effected immediately or within a few weeks while it may take others a few years.

Great stuff,last i read the problem is that many are getting sick autopsies show its due to the stab but hospitals wont report it.Some due to the 30 minutes it takes to fill out a report others due to they are scared shitless of repercussions.

An 18-year-old Mexican national who entered the U.S. illegally has been arrested in connection with a series of arsons in the Jacumba Wilderness Region in California. The suspect was caught at the scene of a previous fire, attempting to start a new one.
“Border Patrol agents apprehended an undocumented individual accused of starting fires in the Jacumba Wilderness region Saturday afternoon,” a press release from the Bureau of U.S. Customs and Border Protection stated. “The incident occurred at approximately 2:15 p.m., when El Centro Station Dispatch notified agents working in the field of a fire in the Jacumba Wilderness Region. Agents responded to the given location and at approximately 2:50 p.m., they located an unknown individual in the vicinity of the reported fire, attempting to start another fire.
“The accused arsonist, an 18-year-old male Mexican national, was arrested for illegal entry into the United States, and transported to the El Centro Sector Processing Center (CPC),” the statement noted. “BLM interviewed the individual at the CPC and will be investigating the fires as arson. U.S. Border Patrol will process this individual accordingly.”
What does “processing him accordingly “ entail?
