Same here. I think at least 5 states which went to the dems were actually Trump wins by comfortable margins, but were flat-out stolen: Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. And that's being conservative.
I think that Trump likely also won even Virginia and Nevada, but those states being solidly Dem will never see the light of day. They have solidified election theivery into the machines there.
I know nothing about the guy but his words could just as easily mean “ nope can’t do anything or nothing to see here”.
Just went to FOX to have a look. Zero mention of the audit anywhere on the site. Even did a search in case I missed it.

I grew up in the Chicago area. By the time 1 was in the 1st grade I knew that dead people always voted for Mayor Daley!

A draft of the sham review of the 2020 election ordered by Arizona Republicans confirmed that Donald Trump lost to President Joe Biden in the state’s critical Maricopa County.
Only if that means he wasn’t part of the whole thing all along.
If he had a hand in what happened in November, I’d say look for him to bow out of the Senate race for personal reasons.
I think that we need a Constitutional Amendment that REQUIRES the Supreme Court to take a state challenge to the validity of a Presidential election;

If the state attorney general does not have the authority to prosecute an alleged crime, then it must be a federal offense.

2) There is not enough evidence to support necessary action.
He doesn't even have standing to address these issues in a court of law. No one including all the way to the top, our dynamic duo ACB and frat boy on the USSC.
Sounds a lot like “no controlling legal authority”.
Nobody has the ball and the SCOTUS will declare that no one has standing to even try to hold onto the ball.
