The video starts with, apparently, Lt. governor Mac Miller walking through a metal detector while two cops try to stop him. The metal detector is knocked over and the Lt. Governor is shown on his back on the floor. He appears to be conscious, but he's not rising to his feet.
The public closes around the area, berating the police. The 2nd Twitter video clip, the public scolds the cops and one admonishes them, "Don't touch him! Don't touch him." The police seem to be defending against the possible physical approach of members of the public (arms out) and also seem a little dazed, possibly realizing who they pulled to the ground.
Gah! I provided the wrong link for the OP.
Here is the correct link to the tweet above:

This is the Left’s utopia of Las Vegas. Time for the boys to get “western” on these America-hating bureaucrats and politicians.
Kate Marshall is the Lt. Governor of Nevada. When Twatter can’t even basic facts like this right, why would you believe anything that is posted there?
Lt. Governor is a drama queen....I understand he’s pulled stunts like this before.
Be careful of Miller.
A flopper, straight out of the LeBron James playbook.
Wow! What strikes me about this sequence of videos is not only the assault of Mr. Miller, but the absolute fury the public shows re the high-handed actions of the officials. This country is a tinder box right now. I don’t think this depth of anger and frustration can be contained forever.
Regardless of who he is or what his status is in the political sphere, SECURITY GUARDS are NOT allowed to do that.
They get away with stuff like that because normally, the person they’re dealing with is an a-hole and causing issues. But NOWHERE, unless death or serious physical injury is imminent, they can’t touch you. Especially like that.
Miller just might get paid if he wants.
Lt. governor Mac Miller
Web search shows no results for a Lt. governor Mac Miller
As other have said, he is not the Lt Governor of NV.
Get some facts.
He is Mack Miller, and he’s a candidate for LG in Nevada, not LG.
