Why does half of America vote for such horrible things?

Was California not on fire enough for the Golden State's voters?

My wife and I passed some people relaxing on their porch here in California. I wondered how long their "NO RECALL" sign would grace their railing. They are happy, I assume, that Gavin Newsom is still in office.

But why are they happy? What is so truly scary to those Newsom-supporters that they can't imagine him not being in office? Is it that without Newsom, the homeless population might go down? Is it that the tax burden might get reduced? Is it that too many hardcore felons will remain in prison? Is it that California forests haven't yet been completely consumed? Maybe health care needs to be dismantled and defunded, just like the L.A. police, and then rebuilt from the ground up. Do they like Newsom because he sees illegal immigration as the best way to accomplish that by overwhelming the state's health care resources? (My wife and I spent nine hours in the emergency room the other night, and we were disappointed that it didn't take longer.) Or maybe it's just that water shortages need to be more severe? Whatever the reason, Gavin Newsom needed a second chance to make California worse.

Let's leave ballot cheating accusations out of it. There are too many people who actually voted not to recall Gavin Newsom. I know California is its own call of the wild, but nationally, too many people also lined up to cast votes for Biden, Pal Joey, that guy from down under, that basement down in Pennsylvania. What is it about Democrats that they love what their politicians utter but couldn't care less what they do? It's as Jeremiah said: "Every [m]an's words shall be [h]is own burden," 23:36. What burden? Democrats seem not to notice

I am not sure that over half of the people are voting for this. Please review my blog post below from 2012. There was a consent decree to which the Republican Party submitted in 1982 where they agreed to not investigate election integrity for voter fraud without a court authorization.

That means that for the past 39 years, Democrat officials were at liberty to engage in many forms of voter fraud unimpeded. Now, I suspect that many Republicans joined in the game as “controlled opposition”. Well, the consent decree expired a few years ago and now Republicans can legally challenge and investigate voter fraud. We’re seeing pretty much who is indebted to the Democrat machine for their seats. They are actively opposing any investigation into election irregularities from 2020.

This is why in so many places, no matter how hard Republicans campaign, they just lose by a few votes.

I know a great deal more now, but here’s the url for my blog post in 2012:

Spiritual sickness, secularism, rejection of God—rising of the antichrist. It’s going to get worse before it gets better.

Half of voters is very different than half of the population.

Living in MA, my vote hasn’t counted since 1984. I don’t even bother anymore.

I’m not sure it is correct to say Pelosi profited from capitalism. She got most of her money through corruption.

According to the article, Beto O'Rourke is running for Texas governor.

Beto is on record as saying he will tear down Trump's wall. What is both sad and shocking is that a minimum of 43% of Texans will vote for him, in spite of being completely overran by illegals.

Dims are notoriously ill-informed of the events of the day. Their knowledge of national and world events is razor thin. On the other hand, they cling to their baseless opinions like cornered rats. They vote based on feelings and emotions; logic is not part of their skill set.

Concur; Pelosi comes from a corrupt family who found there is a ton of money to be made (stolen) in politics. Why we are ruled in Congress by two people (Pelosi and Schumer) from the two most non-representative spots in the United States (SFO and NYC) is beyond me.

I think this is the only possible explanation. How could any rational person vote for an obviously mentally incapacitated Biden? Or Newsom? Or Trudeau? It all now defies logic.

why does half of america vote like they do?

They are what I call “team player” voters...
They think politics is a team sport, and their team has to win no matter what...

That is how we end up with bush league chamber of commerce worshiping republiCAN’Ts elected time and time again.

Where does it go? take a look at western europe. The Brussels ruling bureaucracy is our destiny unless something radical happens.

77% of California’s voters can not be matched to Social Security numbers. What does that tell you?

But it is interesting to see how people delight at dismantling the economy. It is a social class hatred of anyone who has an independent business or who is part of Capitalism.

But it will eventually come for them as it did for the Bolsheviks.

Given the freedom to vote and the certainty that the consequences vote will not immediately threaten their lives or livelihoods, most people are emotional, not rational, and make decisions accordingly.
Additionally more women than men vote emotionally..

Democrat politicians know all of this and restrain themselves to cater to liberal emotions.

without experiencing a violent mass invasion or civil war, or 19A is repealed, apparently this will not change.
