There are thousands if not millions of adult American "men" and women who not only have no problem with force-masking little kids (i.e., at a minimum this is felony child endangerment), they actually encourage more of it.

Anyone who attempts to deliberately interfere with a child's breathing -- no matter how frightened the abuser may be -- must be dealt with in the strongest, quickest way ... measures strong enough to make such an adult never to want to try that again. I mean it!
