Philthydelphia is no place to be at 2 am.
I grew up outside Philly. I can remember riding the subway and walking around after concerts and ballgames. I always felt reasonably safe. Today I avoid cities unless absolutely necessary.
Exactly....anyone at a Philly bar anywhere in Philadelphia at 2 am is beyond a fool. In fact most people I know who live outside of Phila and have to work there say you never linger in Philly but get out of there as soon as your work day is through.
I had to go to a Seminar for three days in the city.....was warned to leave the Hotel and head out immediately.
Philadelphia is no longer America
