Clint Eastwood is my all-time favorite actor. I’ve never seen an Eastwood I did not like.
Clint Eastwood paid child support for about ten different children by ten different moms.
He took fiscal responsibility for a bunch of kids.
Sondra Locke chose abortion.
I looked it up, for what it is worth, Sondra Locke was married to Gordon Anderson since 1967. She remained married to him until she died,
he was openly gay and she supported him. She left him a $20 million estate.
Seeing how many other women had multiple children by Eastwood, I really doubt that Locke was “forced” into anything.
I liked him best as Rowdy Yates on Rawhide.

True. And he has gone against form by producing his best work when he has been in his seventies and eighties. Most directors are long burned out by then.
Celebrity worship is a sign of a diseased ,declining culture.Eastwood makes a living pretending to be fictional characters dreamed up by someone else. Leave it at that. BTW this “hero” forced Sondra Locke to abort more than one of his offspring.

There’s not much I despise more than cheap gossip about another person’s private life, unless it’s in reference to some sort of criminal activity which I wouldn’t then characterize as cheap gossip.
Reading up on this, it appears that Eastwood owned the West Hollywood house that Locke’s husband leased, and when the palimony suit was settled, she got that house among other things.
It certainly appears that her husband had some kind of hold over her and was perhaps a major reason that she cut off her own family. Didn’t even show up for her mother or stepfather’s funerals.
I don’t know why; he’s made movies with leftist actors galore in them( Mystic River ).Even appeared on “Ellen”!
What’s the problem - not leftist ENOUGH for them?
We haven’t been to a movie in over two years, but plan to see this one.

There’s racism in that movie, and that makes it racist. Says the virtue-signaling liberal simpleton. They’re either too lazy to use, or simply not capable of the second-order thinking that allows us to understand Gran Torino or Blazing Saddles. Or anticipate the unintended consequences of the stupid policies they want their politicians to enact.
...and dropping napalm on the giant tarantula...
