While on the trip in S.D., I took a tour that consisted of my aunt, myself, the lady who drove us, and a guy from California.
We were together in the car for a good ten hours, except for the stops at Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, etc.
Neither my aunt, myself, or the lady had the vax
I strongly suspect the guy did.
I got a mother of a migraine at the end of the day. Maybe it was just too much traveling and too long of a period of time since lunch or the storm that came in later that night.
It’s not as if a migraine is that unusual for me.
But, but, but.. and pardon the TMI - I got a mother of a period a week later.
I have not ever been around for so long and in such sustained close proximity to any vaxxed person before or since.

Re: the vaxxed
I skipped a big birthday party (for a 90th birthday) in August, to avoid those attending....all took the vax. Having heard of the possibility of the vaxxed “shedding spike proteins”, I instead visited the birthday girl the week before her 90th birthday. By going the week prior to any visitors, I avoided even getting a cold.
The date to release the audit results is next Friday Sept 24th at 1 pm on the Senate floor. Because we have no hearing rooms it will be presented to Chairman Petersen and Senate President Fann. Gallery will be open to public.

I’m trying to find the balance between avoiding people and germs and not being a hermit and avoiding germs too much and not living enough of a life to avoid being morose.
I just do not need to get sinus infection and have to see a doctor for a prescription and have to answer the vax questions.
I don’t trust doctors.
Will they purposely avoid admitting I have a sinus infection, tell me I have Covid and to go to ER when I get bad and then I get in a bad state from an untreated sinus infection?

it is harder than we think to lose a parent, even if their death is expected. So many memories flood in, and some are wonderfully happy, and some are painfully hard.

November 22 is the date on the internal memo that we got today, that is the date that they’re requiring all federal employees to be vaccinated by.

The way to check this would be to have an IgG IgM blood test done before and after a covid swab test; be sure the covid test is done with short swabs, as in the traditional flu a/b strep test.
Example:
I had a blood test and it showed no IgG IgM antibodies, then I got a covid swab test, which was negative.
Next step would be for me to go back and get a IgG IgM antibody blood test, and see if it shows any antibodies.
The IgG IgM tests are $25 at Kroger’s pharmacy.
They’re not over the counter take-home tests.
Brand name is Assure covid-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test Device.
Not the Abbott Labs nose swab.
The IgG IgM at Kroger’s are blood tests; they take a finger stick and put a couple tiny drops of blood in a little carrier and wait 15 minutes and the indicator will show if there’s IgG, IgG plus IgM, or IgM.
