There's a way to beat the promised vaccine mandates.
There is a news report that the Lewis County General Hospital in upstate New York will stop delivering babies after September 24. This is because too many maternity unit workers have resigned over the COVID vaccination mandate. The hospital's chief executive officer, Gerald Cayer, said 165 hospital employees have yet to be vaccinated and that they make 27% of the hospital's total work force.
Stories like this are (or will be) repeated all across the country. And it will not just be hospitals that will be effected. Any company ordering vaccination faces a similar labor problem. As it is, many businesses are having trouble finding workers. Resistance to the vaccine mandates will make this worse. Parts of the economy could grind to a halt, proving that there is power in just saying "no."
If I were in a situation where my employer demanded I be vaccinated, I would not quit or resign. Instead, I would make my employer go through the effort of firing me. I'm not a lawyer, but I feel that this might provide a legal advantage down the road. And if a company purges its unvaccinated employees but exempts some who are in critical high-skill positions, this opens up more legal avenues. Also, many companies have policies on severance packages. If fired, demand your full severance. If you don't get it, threaten to sue. Whether the company honors its policy or not, demands for it add to the push-back against the mandates. Every little bit helps.
Many will get vaccinated because they need their job. That's understandable. But there are others who have more flexibility. A critical mass of them is all that's needed. The idea is to make the vaccine mandates as difficult as possible to enforce.

Employers have always had the power to mandate vaccines as a condition of employment.

Their only risk is if they deferentially enforce it.
I heard an interview of a holocaust survivor some years ago. She was a little girl living in Germany and her family was attempting to pass as Germans (v/s Jewish). Anyway, they attended 'Church' and this woman said that the building was located next to the RR tracks and when trains would pass, the choir and the members would sing louder in an attempt to drown out the cries of the Jews in the boxcars.
There was a time in America, that the citizens would stick together with very little dissension. The last time I saw it was during the election of Ronald Reagan and briefly after 9/11. Those days are gone now and we have entered into the same mindset as WWII Germany.

OSHA has zero authority to mandate a vaccine, especially when Jao Bai-din determined with all his medical expertise that it only affects employers with more then 100 employees.
I was reading through the OSHA regs that said only employees in a company of more than 100 employees have to wear safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed boots.

Never before in history has the evil bombardment been so intense and all encompassing. It is a dedicated and concerted effort.
There was a study on mice showing that TNF-a (tumor necrosing factor alpha) blockers such as Humira impeded the immune function such as to keep one from going into immune overdrive (cytokine storm) as a reaction to getting the china virus. Some people with autoimmune illnesses are predisposed to cytokine storm and the thought process is that this suppression of it may have been what helped some people survive.
I am not on a TNF-a anymore, haven’t been for a while. Humira wasn’t quite cutting it for me, so I tried remicade, which I reacted poorly to and my insurance company was not allowing my rheum to adjust anyhow. I am on Taltz now, which is a Interleukin-17A antagonist.

The explanation is in a leftist article in Milwaukee Journal. The new strains are coming because not enough people were vaccinated.
So if everyone was vaccinated there wouldn’t be new strains. This logic is insane. They never heard of selection for resistant strains/organisms.

If RNs quit or a fired, their replacements need to be licensed via an exam from NCLEX. Unless they are from Canada, Oz, etc. And that’s after they graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
