My company has already stated un-vaxed must test before coming to the office....I have my test ready....I also haven’t been in the office since 3/2020.....
I am awaiting the train to the desert where I will be put in a Quarantined Concentration Camp, then at some point I will be executed as a danger to society. I will be forgotten along with millions that will die with me along with our country that embraced Totalitarianism in my lifetime.
No one will say a word as friends and families of the Vaccinated are shipped West to the camps that refuse the vaccines, they will simply disappear from existence.

I spoke to HR today. They said that as best they can, they are going to abide by governors mandate to not be forced but if it comes to being forced, I will retire.

Due to my occupation I can remain unvaxxed almost indefinitely. And if I am forced my occupation is done. I will not get vaxxed with the mrna vaxes. Way too many unknowns and so far I have’t gotten sick. But am fairly healthy, take a lot vitamins, get outside quite a bit and have ivermectin on hand just in case.
2) Own my own business - not fireable.
3) Live in Arizona, where it seems a very small subset of the population are taking any Biden pronouncement seriously.
I’ll just keep on ignoring the Federal circus, until and unless they introduce men with guns to the equation.

If I wished to keep the job I would in the following order:
1. Try to get an injunction prohibiting the mandate.
2. Seek a medical exemption as did the Professor based on pre-existing COVID condition. However, I would not accept weekly testing if the vaxxers don’t also have to.
3. Seek a religious exemption based upon aborted stem cell lines or testing.
4. Require that they produce the exact immunization approved by the FDA (solely as a delaying tactic) as I have heard that particular one really isn’t available now.
5. If they actually can produce it and non of the above hasn’t otherwise worked let them fire me and I will then file for unemployment benefits.
So my spouse works in IT for one of the big pharma companies. She was told last week she has until Oct 15th to prove the jab or be terminated and no severance will be paid out. She’s been there 28 years, and works from home, but they don’t care. 3-4 years to go before retirement. It seems that there is no out for her with this, they pretty much told her she is an at will employee. So regardless of this being unconstitutional, big companies can do whatever they want and you have no recourse. Cannot go after the company of manufacturer of Vax, but if you experience a reaction, you can file a workers comp claim they say...
(Let them find a kid out of college with 42 years of aircraft experience)
