I think yesterday’s announcement started an avalanche.
Frankly, I’m skeptical that an explicit threat of “by 10 AM” was issued, but we are in crazy times.
Biden will lose in court very fast. No way can he force the military until the shots are approved fully.. He can encourage, reward, but until FDA full approval, not just EUA, can he penalize.

Yeah. While the military might be expected to have the quickest response to some things (”Because I gave you an order son!”), even they couldn’t jump through the hoops this quickly.
I once was asked to do some work at a military site. It would have involved walking in the desert and dragging some small stuff across the ground. After a year of my client going through the hoops of an environmental permit he finally gave up.
Hmm. EVERYTHING requires that an Environmental Impact Study (EIS) to be done first. How about an EIS with regard to disposal of plastic syringes with residual mRNA?
