In 1841 William Henry Harrison died in office after 30 days as president due to catching pneumonia at his inauguration. His running mate had been John Tyler, former governor of Virginia and a disaffected Democrat who had switched to the Whigs. Tyler took office but stated that he was now entitled to a four year term of his own, and the dates of future elections and inaugurations would have to be shifted by 30 days. Keep in mind that by this time in 1841 Congress had not yet standardized the dates of federal elections.
Sen. Henry Clay of Kentucky, Whig Party leader, stated that Tyler was only Acting President and that the Electoral College chosen in the 1840 election would have to be reconvened to choose Harrison’s successor. Clay, of course, saw himself as the next president.
The compromise that Tyler and Clay reached was that Tyler would finish Harrison’s term. The vice presidency would remain vacant until the 1844 election.
Clay would bitterly regret his compromise when Tyler began ruling as a Democrat and singlehandedly wrecked the Whig’s chances in the 1842 congressional elections.

I don’t know. To me she appears to know she is way out of her depth; having to make cogent speeches, meet with foreign heads of state, meet with cabinet members and learn stuff and read stuff. The BOD is as stupid as a bag of dirt and has zero control over herself.
I wonder where the 200 million vaxed number comes from. I’ve seen various numbers, some lower.
