Measles

Measles is a childhood infection caused by a virus. Once quite common, measles can now almost always be prevented with a vaccine.

Also called rubeola, measles can be serious and even fatal for small children. While death rates have been falling worldwide as more children receive the measles vaccine, the disease still kills more than 100,000 people a year, most under the age of 5.

As a result of high vaccination rates in general, measles hasn't been widespread in the United States for more than a decade. The United States had about 30 cases of measles in 2004 but more than 600 cases in 2014. Most of these cases originated outside the country and occurred in people who were unvaccinated or who didn't know whether or not they had been vaccinated.

A globalist tool like the person responsible for developing the vaccines - Donald Trump?

Pfizer isn’t even close - I think Israel is saying it is something like 39% effective? Hence the succession of boosters that is going to be required.”

Actually, you’re the one making the fatal mistake in insisting that the COVID vaccines can’t be a vaccine since you can still get the COVID after your vaccinated, ie, 100% effective.

frogjerk wrote: “Also, how many “vaccines” do you know of that have an unknown number of boosters? Not measles, no small pox, not chicken pox, not shingles, not mmr, not even HPV.”

You need to do some research. Smallpox vaccines are only effective for five years. Continued protection after that requires a ‘booster’.

I couldn’t care less about Fauci. I’ve always thought he was exploiting COVID to expand his power, influence, and, most importantly, his budget.

That doesn’t change a thing about the vaccines or their effectiveness.

No, you are wrong. We were sold on the idea to protect yourself and your loved ones get vaccinated. It was going to be incredibly rare to contract COVID after being vaccinated. Now it is not so rare but actually common. That is what we were told and the insert for the Pfizer EUA vaccine states it is to prevent COVID. A bunch of lies we were told to get us "back to normal". Josepf Stolen even stated "Vaxed, not masked, Vaxed, not masked" as a carrot to inject the worthless "vaccine".

How many boosters for chickenpox or shingles have you received? How many boosters for smallpox have you received?

No, I’m not wrong.

Do you dispute that fact that multiple posters here on Free Republic have insisted that COVID vaccines can’t be real vaccines because they aren’t 100% effective and might require a booster?

Since you cannot deny that, you must admit that this standard disqualifies any and all existing medicines as vaccines.

And, you must admit that I’m not ‘wrong’.

German measles is not the same as measles. It’s rubella.

Which is why I distinctly said two cases of measles PLUS one of German measles. I confess, I did lump them together for a total.

Sorry for posting on an earlier dead thread. Made an oops ie while searching for Afghans with measles.

Anyway, Rubella would not be affected by the measles vaccine, hence my post.
