Wow...that was months ago.

But it seems to me I recall if you had been on the Quercetin/Zinc protocol they said to stop or not take it the day before the shot. Also to not take tumeric, which I take to help with blood pressure regulation. I cannot find the reference regarding QZ protocol, but I recall hearing it.

It is not recommended you take over-the-counter medicine – such as ibuprofen, aspirin, or acetaminophen – before vaccination for the purpose of trying to prevent vaccine-related side effects.
