Doesn’t mean bunk with our current situation unless either Congress takes corrective action (yeah, right) or further lawsuits are filed challenging the safety of all vaccines and requiring immediate withdrawal of all vaccines from the market until remedies to these procedures referenced in the acts are made.

Too many optimistic predictions to be believed. Sure enough, plenty of skeptics are pushing back on this post.

Politifact has a rebuttal: "Health and Human Services admits they have never conducted federally-required monitoring of vaccine safety for over 30 years." from August 19, 2019.
Which looks like it selectively misrepresents what happened, as posted by the Informed Consent Action Network: Stipulated Order Copy 1. Typical fact checker checking, check a comment about the story that isn't 100% correct, treated that as the actual story being checked.
When asked to produce the quality control data under FOIA, HHS said they didn't have any. After getting this admission, the cases was dismissed.
This means two things. HHS has not been doing its job on vaccine QC reporting. It does not mean that this can be used to stop vaccination programs.
