Twitter ultimately locked the company’s account for sharing the article, noting that the NY Post distributed “content obtained through hacking that contains private information.”
But these laws wouldn’t apply to the Trump family right judge? We know your dirty game.

The legal system in this country is just a weapon of war used to protect the democrat taliban party and its armies, and to hurt its enemies. This is called lawfare and is a favorite weapon in CWII by the democrat taliban party.

The judge wrote: ‘...that Twitter has a First Amendment right to “decide what to publish and what not to publish on its platform.”’
On the other hand: “No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider” (47 U.S.C. ยง 230).

Yes but Twitter is referring to the content on the laptop as “hacked material” which it wasn’t. It was authorized by the user, Hunter Biden, when he signed for the work to be done. Most likely this Judge is on Twitter’s payroll.
