The judge’s actions had nothing to do with doctoring.

Cliff’s notes.
The hospital refused to administer the drug as requested by the patient. The issue went to a judge.
The judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff and ordered the hospital administer the drug as originally requested by the patient.
This judge’s ruling is consistent with Trump’s “Right to Choose.”

“With absolutely nothing to lose, with little to no risk, and with the defendant likely to begin palliative care, there is no basis for it to refuse Dr. Wagshul’s order and prescription to administer Ivermectin,” Julie said in the affidavit.
Wagshul is a founding member of the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), a nonprofit organization that is working during the pandemic to develop effective treatment protocols to prevent COVID-19 infection as well as treat patients with COVID-19.
HOSPITAL TREATMENT PROTOCOL FOR COVID-19
Evidencebased therapies to counteract: — The overwhelming and damaging inflammatory response — The systemic and severe hyper-coagulable state causing organ damage By initiating the protocol soon after a patient meets criteria for oxygen supplementation, the need for mechanical ventilators and ICU beds will decrease dramatically...

“It’s too late by the time they are on ventilator and judges make poor doctors.”
No, it is NOT. If they are treated with budesonide via the Nebulizer...along with a few other things (none of which are expensive) almost all will recover.
People need to find the good physicians who use such things with great success. They can start with America’s Frontline Doctors.

Smith’s condition continued to decline, and he was placed on a ventilator on Aug. 1. By Aug. 19, the ventilator was operating at 80 percent volume, This man will be lucky to survive this kind of treatment.
His lungs have very likely been severely damaged by this kind of ventilation.

FDA warned on its website that taking large doses of Ivermectin is “dangerous and can cause serious harm.” Taking large doses of water is “dangerous and can cause serious harm.”
