It’s a difficult thing moderating a busy forum with a goal of keeping lively debate going while trying to keep things from becoming an echo chamber and at the same time, trying to keep standards.
I wish FR was a bit more activist based like it evidently was back in the day. There’s an Activism Topic but all it has is FReeper Canteens which as far as I can tell are threads about reliving the good old days.
It’s mostly just a place to bicker.
