A) From colleague Jake Gibson. Court documents indicate that Paul Pierce, lawyer for 17 January 6th defendants, is "unresponsive," according to prosecutors. 17 cases in limbo. Court documents say Pierce is reportedly hospitalized, possibly with Covid-19 symptoms
B) Prosecutors say phone numbers associated with Pierce's law firm have been disconnected
An associate from Pierce's law firm, Ryan Marshall appeared in Pierce's place in court. But he's not a licensed attorney cannot continue to make such appearances.
C) Prosecutors also note that it's unclear when Mr. Marshall might be able to obtain a license, "given that Mr. Marshall currently faces felony criminal charges," in two cases in Pennsylvania.

The person appearing since then in Pierce’s stead has been Ryan J. Marshall, 30, referred to as an associate from Pierce’s law firm, Pierce Banbridge.
Marshall is not a licensed attorney in the district, and unlikely to be so any time soon; Marshall was charged earlier this month in a corruption scheme in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, where he had worked as a law clerk.
At one of his last appearances for a Jan. 6 defendant, Marshall told a prosecutor Thursday that he actually had not had direct contact with Pierce, and that he was getting conflicting information from other friends of Pierce’s about whether or not he was suffering from COVID-19.

I looked up Pierce Banbridge a while back and it used to be Pierce Banbridge + two other names but they broke up and the other two lawyers basically said Pierce was a fraud.
Someone said there was an ad on Craig’s list asking a COVID infected person to attend Trump events.
So mass Arkancide is now called Covid.
