From one of the most liberal groups and notably antivaxx groups on the planet — the children’s defense fund.
I guess we continue to post stuff worthy of DU.
If the Government has to use Fuzzy, Ambiguous and incomprehensible language for a Vaccine to Save the World, there must be something drastically WRONG and I for one will NOT be testing any New Drugs in my Life.
Fro the artical:
According to this fact sheet, the FDA also has designated the licensed Comirnaty vaccine as an EUA product. By doing so, the FDA has guaranteed the Comirnaty vaccine the same liability shield as the EUA Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
However, that means the Comirnaty vaccine cannot be mandated. The FDA admits this in the fact sheet, where it states:
“WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO GET COMIRNATY (COVID-19 VACCINE, mRNA) OR THE PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE?
“Under the EUA, it is your choice to receive or not receive the vaccine. Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.”
What the hell is that?
Probably best to give it to foreigners or kids until we find out how it works for real people.
“Vaccination with the EUA Pfizer-BioNTech or the Comirnaty vaccine”
They are the same vaccine. It got a name when it was fully approved
And about those that lose thier jobs for refusing to take experimental drugs, BANKRUPT ALL OF THEM , Let the Lawsuits Fly!!
Why is it that groups who support vaxxing refer to “the science is settled” with no arguments whereas those that question vaxxing always have the arguments why you shouldn’t. It’s like evolutionists saying “well, it’s evolution” so just accept it.
Well, now that he doesn’t have a committee any more, maybe he will be better able to get-to-the-bottom-of-what-happened than he was when he DID have a committee...
Sure thing.
I really do hate with a passion Establishment Medicine shills. Not you... just thinking out load...
BTTT
Comunaty
Try that as a pronunciation guide (try a little Jesse Jackson too).
See, it's community.
The big question now...
Does COMIRNATY qualify for the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)?
By statute, VICP allows a person who is injured by a common vaccine to sue the manufacturer and/or the health care provider AFTER the injured person FIRST follows all the correct procedures to petition VICP for compensation.
The most important qualification for a VICP covered vaccine is that the CDC must recommend the vaccine for children and pregnant women.
The CDC does recommend COMIRNATY for pregnant women.
Until I read this post, I thought COMIRNATY was also CDC recommended for children over age 12.
Apparently, it is only recommended for kids over 16.
That might be an issue that excludes COMIRNATY from the VICP and the statutory right to sue the manufacturer and provider.
