Police have raided a Thai hospital after reports of Covid-19 patients having orgies, taking drugs and starting a brawl - finding only 23 cartons of smuggled cigarettes.
According to local media, a staff member at the hospital in Samut Prakan, southwest of Bangkok, told police that patients were engaging in group sex and getting into fights that led to some injuries.
Officers from Thailand's Internal Security Operations Command, dressed in PPE gear, raided the Samut Pra Ruamjai 5 field hospital where around 1,000 Covid patients are being treated, according to Thai news outlet The Thaiger.

The hospital for tourist in Bangkok is very, very nice.
I had to take a student on a field trip there about 12 or 15 years ago when I taught in HK. She had to have an emergency appendectomy.

They couldn’t have had serious cases. Even a mild case had me sleeping 16 hours for four days. Others with mild cases have been even sicker.
