I think the confusion for me is the tube says 1.87% iver. and the pills come in 3mg size, so how to correlate the amount of med one gets in 4 notches of paste to the amount in 6 of 3mg pills.
I.e., what is the conversion factor paste to pill.
The paste should be a similar concentration.
The package should tell you.

It is the concentration of the pills you need.
If the pills do not say you should be able to look it up.

The paste is 4.5mg per notch.
18mg divided by 4.5mg/notch = 4 notches.
You have ivermectin tabs that are 3 mg?
