Each notch on the horse paste is for 50 lbs. For a 200 lb person that would be 4 notches and that is equal to 18mg. Which is the dose FLCCC advises for prevention.(4.5mg/notch).
For treatment when sick, double that amount. So 8 notches for 36mg. And you can increase that to 10 notches for 45mg.

I think the confusion for me is the tube says 1.87% iver. and the pills come in 3mg size, so how to correlate the amount of med one gets in 4 notches of paste to the amount in 6 of 3mg pills.
I.e., what is the conversion factor paste to pill.
I have 12 mg ivermectin tablets, not horse paste, and I am having trouble figuring out if I should take 1 tab, half tab, how often, etc.
