Coming to school with symptoms of a contagious disease is grounds for termination.
"The index patient became symptomatic on May 19 with nasal congestion and fatigue. This teacher reported attending social events during May 13–16 but did not report any known COVID-19 exposures and attributed symptoms to allergies. The teacher continued working during May 17–21, subsequently experiencing cough, subjective fever, and headache."
The report also says:
"The school required teachers and students to mask while indoors; interviews with parents of infected students suggested that students’ adherence to masking and distancing guidelines in line with CDC recommendations (3) was high in class. However, the teacher was reportedly unmasked on occasions when reading aloud in class."
So even limited unmasked occasions, with the kids fully masked, is enough to spread COVID-19. Other CDC research indicates that even vaccinated people can be infected with COVID-19 and spread the virus without even having symptoms.
Masking the kids did nothing in this case to stop the spread of COVID-19, just as expected from the science of aerosol virus dispersion.
She had the symptoms of a cold. Most people go to work when they have a cold. Don’t snot everywhere and avoid close contact with others.
I have a hunch that many of the children already had COVID but it was not discovered until the teacher’s dx spurred testing. It is unlikely that students who were not in close contact with her (back of the room no direct exposure) would catch it from her.

Exactly.
That’s the problem, not kids not wearing masks.
If those infected kids are now kept away from the “vaccine” they will have immunity far greater than they can get from the “vaccine” and won’t suffer life shortening heart problems that many will get from the vaccine.
Sorry, no termination for teachers.. No matter what.! Union rules..
