In African countries that give out Ivermectin for non-covid use but give it regularly, 2.2 deaths per 100,000 for covid.
In African countries that don’t give out Ivermectin, 29.3 deaths per 100,00 for covid
and that’s likely without Zinc, Azythromycin/doxycyline and where people might not have the best diet or hygiene.

You don’t hear the non stop fear porn where HCQ and Ivermectin is used commonly to prevent parasitic infections. Why is that???
