No. Not at all. Each State would need to pass a version of this.

Texas has one in the pipeline.

OK, so it’s somewhere between a goal and a work in progress, and not at all dispositive; your initial presentation sounded like you were claiming it was, which is why I reacted so strongly.

Agree on goals and some methods, somewhat less hopeful than you are as to prognosis (good luck trying to get this passed in Taxachusetts or New York, let alone California or Minnesota).

It will have to be done in GOP controlled States. There isn’t a chance that a Democrat controlled State will pass something like this.

But where implemented, it ends the nonsense in one swoop.

If Texas joins the party, other States will follow.

The Montana legislation was clever as it makes vaccination status a protected class under the State human rights statutes. No employer or public accommodation in the State is allowed to ask for vaccine passports or to fire anyone based on vaccine status.

It instantly destroys the vaccine Karen mandates.

How does that jive with 360bbb-3 comment. I want to know how to keep an employer off my ass until it becomes obvious (more obvious) that their vaccine mandate is useless. I am not getting the vax every 5 months. Sounds ridiculous to even say that. Yet here we are.

Mandates are separate from the FDA approval issue.

Under existing law, employers need to attempt to accommodate medical exemptions and religious exemptions.

For the medical, you probably are going to need a doctor to back you up. That can be difficult as a lot of doctors are very pro-vaccines.

Religious exemptions are easier to write, but a little easier for an employer to weasel out of accommodating.

The religious exemptions need to be tailored to you. Don’t just cut and paste something, but here are some templates that can help you get started.

I keep going back to informed consent. How can I give informed consent if they refuse to inform. My basic questions can’t be answered hence I cannot give informed consent.

I will probably go with a dragged out religious exemption.
