How does that jive with 360bbb-3 comment. I want to know how to keep an employer off my ass until it becomes obvious (more obvious) that their vaccine mandate is useless. I am not getting the vax every 5 months. Sounds ridiculous to even say that. Yet here we are.

For the medical, you probably are going to need a doctor to back you up. That can be difficult as a lot of doctors are very pro-vaccines.
Religious exemptions are easier to write, but a little easier for an employer to weasel out of accommodating.
The religious exemptions need to be tailored to you. Don’t just cut and paste something, but here are some templates that can help you get started.
