Mandates are separate from the FDA approval issue.

Under existing law, employers need to attempt to accommodate medical exemptions and religious exemptions.

For the medical, you probably are going to need a doctor to back you up. That can be difficult as a lot of doctors are very pro-vaccines.

Religious exemptions are easier to write, but a little easier for an employer to weasel out of accommodating.

The religious exemptions need to be tailored to you. Don’t just cut and paste something, but here are some templates that can help you get started.

I keep going back to informed consent. How can I give informed consent if they refuse to inform. My basic questions can’t be answered hence I cannot give informed consent.

I will probably go with a dragged out religious exemption.
