Marjorie Taylor Greene already did. Every president since Reagan has had impeachment articles introduced against them. Most of them went nowhere and the people who introduced the articles got reputations for just being annoying nuisances.

Used his acceptance speech to let us know impeachment and shutting down the government were off the table. The coward was replaced by Hickenlooper.
