Has the Tolly-Bon been buying Hunter’s $500k crackhead art?

The money is flowing the other way right now.

SOL!

why is a Vice Admiral running things in a high central asian desert, non-naval theater? You don’t hear of Army men in command of a naval fleet.

An example of the idiots running this war in microcosm.

I thought that our side wasn’t supposed to negotiate with terrorists? I read that a long time ago.

The Brits haven't been terrorists since 1815

But you know airfield take downs are the responsibility of the 82nd in combat environments. /swarmy

"...There was supposed to be an 82nd airborne jump into Bagram but was shut down by the White House...”

Why isn't EVERY Republican Congressman screaming on the House and Senate floor right now?

Yes, but a jump isn’t needed unless its a small group executing a surprise action that would be in and out.

Securing an airfield is a completely different engagement.

They already armed them and gave these barbarians modern weapons and equipment. Now money. Maybe he will fly a pallet or two to Iran again. Why are we paying for this. Oh yeah we don’t have a choice.

Our oldest ally is France, isn’t it? Anyway, Senile Joe sure is spitting in the face of the Brits. Biden doesn’t know much, but he well knows his wealth comes from his Chi-Com masters.

The US started the 1812 war by invading Canada.

Invading sovereign territory is a heck of a casus belli. Failing to mention that fact throws shade on the rest of your historical notes. Like perhaps you’re not seeing the whole story?

Well anyway: happy to remain allies of the USA.

You’ve been betrayed by the Biden administration, and this is a very difficult time. But the American people are great, and they will prevail.

God bless.

Joint operations? Dont forget the Brits have their brand-spanking new carrier battle group deployed. Maybe this guy is the fleet commander and for the first time in a long has a long-range offensive (or evac) capability at his disposal. Chips in the Big Game.

Bullcrap, the War of 1812 was over repeated British provocative acts, chiefly kidnapping US sailors on the high seas and enslaving turn into RN service.

Brits were impressing US sailors on the high seas. And that’s why we kicked your ass a second time.

That admiral has never commanded a ground force before. Their “carrier” doesn’t have the capability to do anything in Afghanistan because it doesn’t even have planes except US ones. And those are short legged F-35s and helos.
And last I heard it was over by Japan.

Well yeah, but they could air refuel with tankers out of Doha. I don’t know if the RN has fleet areas like the USN has whereby when a naval task force passes through it gets chopped over to the vice admiral commanding.
