Ask your doctor if he has any preference. Mine did not. The wife and I took Moderna. No reaction at all really. I walked/ran after my shot but did notice I did not have as much energy. Other than being a little tired the first day I did not notice much. I am almost 70. YMMV.

IMO you should take these kinds of questions to your doctor rather than arm-chair wannabe MDs.

None. The J&J is not more traditional or safer - it contains pure spike proteins, which cause the damage.

Sorry. My mistake. It’s NOvavax that is purified spike proteins.

The J&J delivers spike proteins to your body via DNA versus RNA so there isn’t a safer avenue available.

Same here about 1 March 2020. I have been in contact with many virally infected people since that time and have not had it again. I dealt with it that time with a megadose of D3 and was fine by the end of the day.

It is my understanding that the DNA in the J&J vaccine supplies tells your body to create the same mRNA that is in the mRNA vaccines. You get to the same place using a different method, with the same mRNA that is creating the spike protein causing all the problems we are seeing.

For that reason I wouldn’t take the J&J vaccine either.
