Just for the record, I’m not a horse. But if I was a 198 lb. miniature horse, and I got worms, I would request 18 milligrams of Ivermectin from my owner. Since my owner would be using the equine version of Ivermectin (I’d hate to have him give me the human version, given all the fake and spiked stuff coming in from China), that would come out to about 960 mg of the paste (roughly 1/6th of the tube). I’d also recommend to my owner to but a jewelry scale that reads in 10 mg increments, so as to make it easy for him to accurately measure my dosage.
But since I’m not a horse, none of this applies to me nor any other human.
