I think it’s the same for a 198 lb. calf. Basically 200 micrograms of the active ingredient (Ivermectin) per kilogram of body weight. So if said cow weighs 198 lbs, which is 90 kg, and you multiply by 200 micrograms/kilogram, you get 18,000 micrograms, which is the 18 milligrams.

Why, yes there is a bovine dosage. Both inject-able and a pour on formulation. Not sure if there is a bolus form as I never used it.
