In March 2021, when Americans first began hearing about the Delta variant of Covid-19, breakthrough infections among fully-vaccinated Angelenos accounted for just 2% of that month’s case total. By June, when Delta accounted for 50% of all variants in Los Angeles, breakthrough infections among fully-vaccinated residents had risen to 20% of all identified cases. In late July, county officials reported that the Delta variant had overwhelmed all others, accounting for more than 90% of all positive tests analyzed for variants. As a result, the ratio of breakthrough cases increased to 30%, local health officials announced today.
While L.A. County numbers for the Delta variant have not been reported for August, as of August 19 Delta had risen to 98% of all tests genomically sequenced in California. Parallel growth in breakthrough infections has not been reported yet, but it is likely significant as well, according to Los Angeles Director of Public Health Barbara Ferrer today.

Only Genomic Sequencing can do that, and it simply is too expensive and not widely available for them to make the claims they are making about "the spread of the Delta variant."
The “vaccines” are working. They are a cure for Wuhan flu hysteria, not a vaccine for the flu. Hysteria sufferers who get the vaccine overcome their hysteria, drop their precautions and get the flu. The success of the vaccinations is measured by the number of vaccinated who get the flu.
Herd immunity can be delayed but it can’t be denied.

Exactly, why test anyone who answers “I got vaccinated” if they enter the hospital? If you did test everyone I would imagine the number is more like 50%-60%

The facts show the breakthrough cases are high but most people are still quoting the false statistics that 97% of cases are Unvaccinated.
Anecdotal to my circle of friends and people they know and work with, most people say the individuals they know with the worst issues are vaxxed.
The problem is the reporting on this SUX.
Israel determined that the Pfizer vaccine was essentially worthless against the Delta variant (about 30% efficacy) and was only using Moderna going forward and asking the elderly population to get the Moderna version if they had the Pfizer shot.
So we’re probably seeing THAT. There’s also the whole “the shot wears off after 8 months” - So anybody who got vaxxed in Nov, Dec or Jan may have no protection either.
Does the CDC SAY this anywhere? Is there consistent messaging on this anywhere? NO. Fauci is running around yelling at people to put a mask on and get any vaxx.
This is government lunacy and oppression.

That's true in more and more situations. These institutions are not reporting "breakthrough" infections with low symptoms.
All of them who don't die of something else along the way. Every single one.
Our local hospital has 19 of 19 vaxed patients.
