This morning CNN's New Day aired a report by correspondent Clarissa Ward from the Kabul airport. There, in addition to being roughly confronted by Taliban fighters, she was beseeched for advice by Afghans who had served as translators to US forces, desperate to get into the airport and out of the country.
After that piece ran, Ward was interviewed live by co-host Brianna Keilar. Commenting on Biden's interview of yesterday with George Stephanopoulos of ABC News in which Biden refused to acknowledge failure, Ward described heart-rending scenes in which parents were throwing their babies over razor wire at the airport, hoping to get them to safety.
Concluded Ward:
"If this isn’t failure, what does failure look like exactly?"

The way I read this: US evacuated 900 Taliban Agents and 900 of their accomplices.
Evidently, CNN has been told that XiJinBiden is no longer ‘in’. Xi Jinping is VERY upset that XiJinBiden did not keep Afghanistan in control until the CCP got their roads and rare-earth mines built. Hunter is now cut off from the ChiCom treasury. Guess he’s SOL for crack cocaine now. Maybe as a parting gift, the ChiComs will gift him some of their super extra powerful fentanyl.
There is however, a silver lining for the ChiComs. XiJinBiden’s apparent promise to defend the Republic of China (aka Taiwan), has been walked back by one of his ‘minders’. Still though, even SUGGESTING that the USA would defend the ROC, was too much for the ChiComs, so ALL MEDIA on their payroll to slam him.

Clarissa Ward, I guess this dimwit is trying to pull off a make up call after three days ago saying the Taliban are chanting “Death to America” but otherwise seem like a friendly bunch.
Exactly. There is no way that the Taliban isn’t allowing their agents to escape to wreak havoc in the West.

I had predicted that Kamala Harris would be installed as President in January 2023, but because of Biden’s Botch in Afghanistan, that could happen sooner.

I could say the same thing about CNN and MSNBC and most of the liberal media. If they aren’t failures, what do failures look like?
They’ve failed to hold Biden and democrats accountable for many years, and they failed in vetting Biden during the campaign, and now they want to pretend that this is a new failure? Give me a break!
Well where were Joe’s handlers? They all know he’s not competent to make decisions. Difficult to think that behind the scenes they’re actually acting like he’s a real POTUS.
Either the handlers were asleep at the wheel or this is the way they want it.
