Turmeric is a medicine cabinet in a jar. Eat it daily, as much as possible. In foods, drinks, golden milk, add a pinch of black pepper to activate it. More powerful as a whole herb powder than extract.
I eat about 1 t. per day, when recovering from cancer, I took more, as much as I could stand. A client had bad lymph node swelling for weeks, docs had not clue. I told her to take as much turmeric as humanly possible, including fresh turmeric root, grated (she added to foods and made sandwiches of it). Progress in a week, in about 3 weeks, normal nodes. There is almost nothing that isn’t at least helped by turmeric. I am never without about 3 pounds of org. turmeric powder.
:) My wife uses turmeric to combat an autoimmune issue. I just read this to her and said, "isn't that one of the things you eat?" She laughed and came over to show me the jar she was dipping a cracker in at that very moment. Then she showed me her two-pound bag of powder.

What are some good things to put turmeric on, or in, or make with it?
I have some golden milk powder i put in coffee. I use some along with other seasonings to make grilled chicken.
That reminds me: I’ve got a package of a new curry soup from Kroger to try. I was going to have a spinach, mint, green tea smoothie, but I think the hot soup will be better for my sinuses.
