What are some good things to put turmeric on, or in, or make with it?

I have some golden milk powder i put in coffee. I use some along with other seasonings to make grilled chicken.

That reminds me: I’ve got a package of a new curry soup from Kroger to try. I was going to have a spinach, mint, green tea smoothie, but I think the hot soup will be better for my sinuses.

Turmeric is helpful in digesting protein and fat. It has a slightly bitter taste which is modified when cooked. I make turmeric paste which is cooked, keep in a jar in the fridge, and make golden milk with it. I use 1 t. turmeric paste per cup or so of milk, with some water and good pinch of black pepper, bring to boil. Usually recipes say a 1/4 to 1 /2 t.per cup but I try to ingest more, adding a bit of vanilla and a spoon of sugar or honey makes it taste good.

Turmeric paste or powder can be added to most bean soups, to rice when cooking or heating up, while sauteing vegetables, any stir fries, fried or heated up potatoes, heating up leftovers etc.

I use it for RA and stuff. Make curries with coconut milk and cumin and turmeric. I won’t give the whole recipe, experiment.

Suspected it was good for covid. It’s Just good for general good health and reduces inflammation.
