DeSantis/Trump 2024!

Nope. Trump would never take second billing. Better DeSantis/Someone Else 2024.

Trump can work behind the scenes rallying the MAGA base.

Unfortunately, there remain plenty of disappointed conservatives who will jump at every piece of bait whenever the term “Back in office” is uttered.

I wanted Trump to assume his rightfully won term too, but it just aint gonna happen at anytime before 2024 at the earliest. I accept that now.

Sean Hannity: (35:06)
I know the obvious question as we head with the last minute of the program available is, are you considering a run again in 2024? I’ll let you answer it any way you want, but I’ll go back to our original question. Now that we have all these Americans behind enemy lines, in the 45 seconds we have left, what would you do now to help them with that specific situation?

Donald Trump: (35:33)
So, because the campaign finance laws are extremely complicated and unbelievably stupid, I’m actually not allowed to answer that question. Can you believe it? I’d love to answer it. But let me put it this way. I think you’ll be happy. And I think a lot of our friends will be very happy, but I’m not actually allowed to answer it. It makes it very difficult if I do. So people, you’re going to be happy because I love this country and I hate to see what’s happening to it. As far as if you look at-

So not exactly as what actually transpired. That is, if the following transcript linked to is an accurate transcript of the interview:

Donald Trump Sean Hannity Interview on Afghanistan August 17: Transcript

Sorry to be the messenger, as I really wanted this to be true.

******

That is the most logical thinking imo. I’m not sure he will
run again but he would most certainly be a major asset to
he nominee at that time.

I’m okay if he doesn’t run again. We have others who can pick up where he left off. Plus, Donald and his family have gone through the wringer so much already. I would not ask much more directly from them. Trump has awakened a lot of the fight and optimism in us. That torch of belief in what America is and could be again, will be carried forth by others in their own way. There will never be ‘another’ Trump.

GOP sweeps House and Senate in 2022. GOP House can name ANYBODY they want as Speaker, serving member or not. The vote Trump is as SOH.

GOP-led Congress IMPEACH & CONVICT BOTH POTUS & VPOTUS (whoever they are at that point - may or may not be Biden and/or Harris).

Via Constitutional Power of Succession, the SOH becomes President.

Welcome back, President Trump, who serves rest of the term and can Constitutionally run again in 2024.

Trump will be back in the White House as President on the 7th of

NEVER

I supported the man, but a) he gave up when the Chinese tried to illegitimately push him out of office, and b) the Demonrats and the Chinese have consolidated their power now. There will NEVER BE another Republican President of the United States. I don't even know if I will vote in the supposed "US Presidential election" in 2024, because it will be a complete FRAUD.

Sixty seven Senators stand between you and that fairytale ending. Where are those going to come from?

What part of the campaign finance law prevents it? I mean Trump was inaugurated on January 20, 2017 and I think he announced for re-election on January 21st. Why didn't campaign finance laws impact that?

“Can President Trump be VP after being President? Or does it only work the other way, as we’ve seen with the uber-successful Biden Administration?”

CAN he? Absolutely yes. He is limited to 10 years as President and only served 4. If he were VP and POTUS went down he could take the seat as President for an additional (up to) 6 years, which is longer that one election cycle. If he served as VP for less than 2 years he could run for POTUS again for another full 4 year term (up to the 10 year max).

IF Trump had been POTUS for 8 years he would NOT be able to run as VP, since he would not be able to take over for the full 4 year term.

Your question was CAN he, not WILL he.

Gov. DeSantis is the flavor of the month but three years is a long time and look what happened to Cuomo—another flavor of the month not long ago. I say, meet with Trump and make a deal (he’s a great deal maker) GOP wins the house and Senate (with Trumps help) Make Trump speaker of the house. Impeach Biden and Harris—and Trump will become president and serve out the last two years. With Congress behind him he can fix the nation (or lead her to victory in WW III).

It he certainly implied to Hannity he was going to run and that it was only campaign finance laws preventing him from saying so.
